The beauty of flowers is that they are unique – no two stems are the same, so neither are any two arrangements! We will always do our best to ensure your order is in the style and colour scheme that you have selected, however specific varieties of flower and colours may vary from the picture.
If you feel that your flowers are not of a high quality, please take a photo of them and contact us immediately on 0447099006. If we agree that there is an issue, we will endeavour to replace them (if possible), or issue a refund. As flowers are a live product, please keep in mind that their life is limited, and a quality guarantee is only valid for 2 days from delivery or pick-up. Once the flowers have left our care, we are not responsible for any damage.
